A collaborative challenge for English speakers around Jerusalem -
Using Padlet the kids need to choose a place in Jerusalem - research about it and then write about the site for visitors. They post it on the map and teachers can review it and check it. At the end we can advertise it as a map created by the kids of Jerusalem.

Dear students.
Come be part of a collaborative guide map for tourists from around the world, Lets help them know more about Jerusalem and what they should visit.

Your mission is to choose a place in Jerusalem and write a review that would help tourists know more about the place and why they should visit or what they will see and experience.

1. Choose a place in Jerusalem - it can be somewhere you know and love or a place you want to know more of.

2. Research - read about the place in wikipedia or ask your family and friends to tell you more about it. Maybe you have a funny or interesting story to add. Find pictures online or your own picture from the place. You can add videos and even attachments with more information or some trivia questions.

3. Go to the shared padlet here press on the add note sign (looks like a plus) and choose to pin a spot on the map. When you pin the location you worked on, a box will open - there you can copy the essay you wrote, adding pictures. Videos etc.
Remember - make it compelling and interesting, your audience might not know Jerusalem so well and this is their chance to get to know it and maybe plan a trip here.

4. Send a copy of your project to your English teacher, ask her to look for your note on the map.
